Natural dread creation
Crochet your hair so your dreads form properly! 5-6” of hair is required to start. Initial dread creation takes 4-7 hours depending on your hair's condition. Add real human hair extensions at install to lengthen your natural dreads.
Synthetic dreads, single ended
Synthetic dreads look most like natural dreads once installed. These can be 'scratchy' and a bit stiffer than wool dreads, so if you are sensitive to texture, you may want to look at wools. Synthetics should not be washed regularly. Installs are temporary, and generally need to be tightened or removed in 2-4 weeks. Single-ended synthetics start from $7 each. A typical full-head installation may take between 40 - 60 single ends depending on how full you want your look.
Natural dread maintenance
We re-crochet loose strands and tighten and tidy your dreads. No wax or products, we focus on natural results our clients rave about. Typical maintenance take 2-5 hours.
Synthetic dreads, double ended
Synthetic dreads look most like natural dreads once installed - double ended dreads give the most bulk and thickness. These can be 'scratchy' and a bit stiffer than wool dreads, so if you are sensitive to texture, you may want to look at wools. Synthetics should not be washed regularly. Installs are temporary, and generally need to be tightened or removed in 2-4 weeks. Double-ended synthetics start from $12 each. A typical full-head installation may take between 30 - 50 double ends depending on how full you want your look.
Super thin wools
Super thin wools are very lightweight and soft. Many people think that wool will be scratchy... but these 'wools' are closer to soft fibre. They can be added to natural dreads for temporary colour and bulk, worn in combinations with synthetics, or worn on their own! Installs typically last 2-4 weeks before needing to be tightened or removed.
Wool and synthetic mixes
Jen can create amazing blends to suit your aesthetic and ideal hairstyle! She can either develop a set by working with you directly, or you can choose from loose dreads in stock. Check out our Customer Gallery (coming soon) for inspiration, as well as our Instagram and Facebook feeds.
Wavy / curly wools
Wavy wools are very lightweight and soft. Gentle wave bring out the inner feminine. Ask about going all the way to curly as well! They can be added to natural dreads for temporary colour and bulk, worn in combinations with synthetics, or worn on their own! Installs typically last 2-4 weeks before needing to be tightened or removed.
Wavy wools with wispy ends
Wavy wools with wispy ends are perfect for the inner mermaid and fairy in all of us! A wonderfully soft and fantasy look. They can be added to natural dreads for temporary colour and bulk, worn in combinations with other wools or synthetics, or worn on their own! Installs typically last 2-4 weeks before needing to be tightened or removed.

Hair wraps, tinsel, feathers and more!
Wrap a single bundle with fun thread and a bead... install 5 feathers on hair... or insert 5 sparkly strands of hair tinsel! We can also wrap and decorate existing dreads, natural, wool or synthetic. Perfect for all heads with a minimum of 4-5" of hair.
